The Fund is an unregulated collective investment scheme as defined under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) and accordingly cannot be marketed to the general public in the United Kingdom. The Fund qualifies as reserved alternative investment fund (fonds d’investissement alternatif réservé - RAIF) under the Luxembourg law of 23 July 2016 (“RAIF Law") and, therefore, is not subject to the authorisation or the supervision of any Luxembourg financial supervisory authority. The Fund is authorised for marketing in in certain EEA jurisdictions only (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithunia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, UK); accordingly, the Fund cannot be marketed to the general public in the EEA. Investments in the Fund may be restricted in other countries and, as such, individuals accessing the information on this website must make themselves aware of their respective jurisdiction and observe any restrictions.
