Slovenia and Hungary join the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund

The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (‘3SIIF’, ‘the Fund’) has successfully raised an additional €43 million of commitments. €23 million has been invested by SID Bank, Slovenia’s development and export bank and €20 million by Eximbank, Hungary’s Export-Import bank. Slovenia and Hungary join Poland, Romania, Estonia and Latvia as cornerstone investors.

3SIIF is a dedicated commercial fund targeting infrastructure investments in Central and Eastern Europe (‘CEE’).  The Fund invests in energy, transport and digital infrastructure in European Union (‘EU’) CEE member states which border the Baltic, Adriatic and Black Seas where the demand for long-term commercial investment into national infrastructure is among the highest in the EU.
